The Swiss Centro Stefano Franscini and USI Institute of Communication and Health are sponsoring an international conference on the topic “Communicating medical errors” (COME). The conference will take place on March 18-22, 2013 on Monte Verità in Ascona, which is located in the Italian-speaking Swiss canton Ticino. The conference invites 100 leading scholars from across the globe with diverse disciplinary backgrounds onto a common scientific platform to discuss current and future research directions on the prevention, intervention, analysis, and disclosure of medical errors.
